4 Way Stretch Lycra is defined by its ability to elongate and recover along both the warp and weft directions, a characteristic achieved through the careful combination of spandex content and knit structure. This dual-directional elasticity is what separates genuine 4 Way Stretch Lycra from two-way alternatives: garments move naturally with the body, resist sagging at knees and elbows, and retain their original fit after repeated wear and washing. The performance depends on several variables, including spandex percentage, yarn tension during knitting, and the heat-setting process during finishing. At our Dongguan facility, these variables are controlled through digital monitoring and ERP-tracked production parameters, so each batch behaves predictably.
